We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and procedures.

Job Summary:

A Human Resource Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the HR department, such as hiring, training, and evaluating employees, administering benefits and leave, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Supervision Responsibilities:

  1. In the department, he recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new employees.

  3. Provides timely and helpful performance assessments.

Roles/responsibilities:

  1. Assists the leadership team in understanding and implementing the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  2. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruiting, interviewing, and hiring competent job applicants, especially for managerial, exempt, and professional positions; interacts with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for open positions.
  3. Analyzes salary and benefit trends; conducts research and develops competitive base and incentive pay schemes for employees.
  4. Creates learning and development programs and also activities that allow personnel to advance within the company.
  5. Oversees disciplinary hearings, terminations, and investigations involving employees employee Recruitment.
  6. Maintains adherence to federal, state, and local employment rules and regulations, as well as recommended best practices; analyzes policies and processes to ensure adherence.

Education and Experience:

  1. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  2. Human resource management experience of at least three years is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Sitting at a desk for long periods of time and working on a computer.
  2. Each department at the organization’s premises must be able to be accessed and also navigated.
