Outsource HR Payroll Service Agreement

This agreement was made and entered into on February 27, 2023 between [name of company] (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and [name of HR Payroll Outsourcing Company] (hereinafter referred to as “Outsourcer”). WHEREFORE, Outsourcer provides HR and payroll services, and Company requires them; THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises set forth below:

1. Services: Outsourcer shall provide all necessary services related to HR and payroll, including but not limited to:

1. Processing payroll, including the processing of new hires, terminations, and other changes in payroll;
2. Calculating and preparing tax payments;
3. Processing of benefits and retirement contributions;
4. Preparation of reports related to payroll and HR functions;
5. Any other HR and payroll services as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
   

2. Fees: The Company shall pay Outsourcer a fee for services rendered in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The fee shall be [amount] per month, payable on the first day of each month.

3. Term: This Agreement shall commence on February 27, 2023 and shall remain in effect for a period of [length of term], unless earlier terminated by either party upon [length of notice].
